Health And Wealth

Not everyone in the world can be completely healthy by choice.

Some people are born with health issues. If you are one of the billions of lucky people that have two functioning legs, two functioning hands, two functioning ears or eyes, and so on and so forth, you’re a complete functioning human being.

You should obviously start by being grateful for that because not everyone has that blessing.

For the people that cannot be healthy, they are born or genetically predisposed to have certain illnesses, they will obviously have to live their lives within those constraints.

However, they can still be very, very happy and they can still enjoy complete wealth within the health constraints that they were provided.

Pain, in life, is a natural and normal thing. Some people experience much, much more of it than others, which might seem unfair.

However, though we all feel pain, and we all have felt pain and we’ll continue to feel pain in the future, misery, and suffering are optional.

Misery and suffering are decisions. We chose to suffer pain, we chose to live in misery. Pain is a stimulus to the brain. And just like every other stimulus, we can control it, we can manage it, and use it.

So, again, it can be much harder for some that are genetically predisposed to endure or to experience more pain than others. However, the rule, or the concept, or the principle does not change.

Each one of us feels pain. But some of us decide to not give it our lives, but instead to live with it and use it to fuel us to go further.

So, with that being said, I can say that wealth and health are inseparable. You cannot have one without the other. The only thing I would mention is that you can have complete health without complete wealth.

You can be very, very healthy. But still not experience the full level of love or financial freedom, or career satisfaction that you can.

A wealthy lifestyle is a healthy one.

So health is a part of wealth, while complete wealth eclipses health. We should always try to live or to create complete wealth within our lives, which includes health. A healthy lifestyle is one of the prerequisites for wealth.

How To Have A Healthy Lifestyle

A healthy lifestyle for a human being is one in which we live in alignment with how we are designed and we give our bodies the nutrients and the treatment that they deserve in order to function at their full potential.

For example, human beings should not eat three to six times per day. For the course of thousands and thousands of years (if you believe in evolution, then millions of years) we have evolved to eat whenever food was available.

We did not have McDonald’s, we did not have KFC. We did not have department stores, we did not have restaurants, we did not have takeaways, we did not have food at our complete disposal 24/7.

This has happened only in the last 50 years of our society. No exaggeration. It has probably started around maybe 100 years ago. But most of society, especially the part of society that has high-speed internet and can read this from the comfort of their home, or their car, or their office, has access to food 24/7. That isn’t in alignment with how our bodies function, that is not healthy.

Our bodies should function with one nutritious meal from the Earth, which is from trees, or from bushes, or from anything that is alive. And then go without eating for 1, 2, or3 days.

Our bodies’ systems should sustain that. Hence why, when we eat, digestion kicks into full gear, and most of our blood goes there, most of our energy and attention goes there. And so, the body then does that for two hours, or four hours, or eight hours, depending on what you ate.

If you ate meat, it needs to digest that for over eight hours. If you ate vegetables, it will digest that for a few hours and then be done with it. Because it’s much easier to digest vegetables than meat.

Once that process is completed, then it can use its energy and attention and blood to do everything else it should be doing. For example, healing a wound, or repairing a muscle, or repairing a cartilage, or helping bones get stronger, or anything else it should do.

Within society today, we eat almost all day, and that is not healthy. Almost all day we are digesting. We wake up in the morning, and not long after we wake up we eat. Then a few hours after that we eat again, and a few hours after that we eat again and sometimes we also snack.

This is not natural.  Now our bodies are constantly focusing on digestion. 50% of our attention as a body, unconscious attention, is constantly focusing on digestion.

So our bodies do not have time to heal. They do not have time to build up our immune systems, they do not have time to make us stronger and healthier, and give us energy. Instead, they lack energy, which is how most people feel every day and they don’t know why. Well, that is one of the biggest reasons why.

Another thing that is not in alignment with a healthy lifestyle is the use of stimulants. We, as human beings, should not drink a stimulating beverage every single day. We are not made for that. Also we should not inhale smoke every single day, all day long. These are not healthy habits.

Our lungs should not inhale burning roots and burning leaves all day long. That is simply not in alignment with how we should live. It is also not in alignment to constantly use stimulants, such as coffee, such as sugars, and sweets,  or anything else you use to stimulate your body.

It is not natural to do that. We, as human beings, always focus on survival, on using the resources we have to the best of our ability.

However, when we are inhaling smoke all day long, our lungs are constantly in pain. They are constantly fighting for survival and we will constantly get more and more tired.

We will constantly dissipate our life energy on trying to keep healing lungs and healing other parts of the body. Because now there is more and more contamination in the oxygen we breathe. So that also doesn’t align to our purpose.

And then finally, there is a third thing that we are going to speak about. It is also not in alignment with how we should live to sit all day long and be static all day long. We should include movement every single day of our lives.

The best form of movement is walking. We should walk every single day. We are walkers as a species so every single day we should walk for at least 30 to 90 minutes, or as much as we can walk.

Also, we can use cycling, or swimming, or anything else our bodies are naturally meant to do. But the most important thing is that we should do them without stress.

Gyms didn’t exist many years ago. Cardio is a concept that didn’t exist many years ago. What was real many years ago was how we were naturally designed to live.

We should perform activities such as walking, swimming, maybe rowing if we built boats. We can, at any point in time, cut wood for fire, use axes, build, use hammers, and so on and so forth. So we can perform physical activities, but in at least 90% of cases, we perform those activities without stress.

We do not stress the body when we walk, we do not–or should not – stress the body when we swim. Also we should not stress the body when we do almost anything.

We sometimes want to become stronger and fitter and have more stamina. In this case, we can of course lift weights in the gym, once, twice, three times a week. We can increase our top speed in our sprint and do fast-paced running for short durations. We can of course do many, many other things. But these we should do with moderation because that is how we used to do them.

So, again, there are many, many other aspects of a healthy lifestyle, including staying calm for the majority of the day. That is because, again, we should not live under so much stress.

We used to live in nature and the number of animals that could kill us was very limited. So we used to live in harmony for most of our lives. This is not true for most of the society today.

I hope this was useful and I hope you take at least some lessons from this. You can read more about what a wealthy, successful life means here. Thank you so much. Bye.

What Does It Mean To Have Wealth in your Life

In my mind, success is related to wealth. A successful life is one in which I, or anyone for that matter, experiences complete wealth.

We have already defined wealth in another article, but to put it simply, complete wealth is when we live with integrity, as human beings.

This means that everything we think is in line with everything we say, which is also in line with everything we do. So everything we think, say, and do is in complete coherence, is in complete harmony.

When that happens, something miraculous happens: we can now live with complete responsibility for our lives.

I cannot think that I want a better life without telling the world, and then actually doing what I need to do to have a better life.

Unhappiness comes when we think that we want a better life for ourselves but we either don’t openly recognize it, or we don’t do anything to change. our current situation.

For example, someone may think they want a better life and they may complain to all of their friends about what a bad life they have. Or about how they don’t have enough money, or how they don’t have the career they want. Or how they don’t have the apartment they want, or whatever.

They’re not really doing what they need to do. They might think they are, but obviously, they’re not. If they would be, then they wouldn’t need to complain, because they would be on their road to a better life.

From every single standpoint, the issue is that many people link monetary wealth with success. If I have more money, I will do this. Or if I have more money, I will be like this. If I have more money I would donate, or I will learn to manage money better, etc.

But life does not work that way because financial success is just one aspect of true, complete wealth.

Everything else matters just as much. Health matters just as much, love in your life matters just as much. It’m important to have love and connection either with a spouse, or with family, with friends, divinity, the Universe, or with nature. But love should always be a part of life. You do not need to love a specific person or specific people. As long as you have love in your life, you will know.

You will also know when you do not. When you have love in your life, you live differently and you wake up differently and you go to bed differently. All these just because there is love in your life.

So, there are many, many aspects to a successful life. And we all define the specifics of what success means for us. However, there are some things that are complete fundamentals for every single human being and those are non-negotiable.

At the same time, because we are so different, we will find that the things that make us happy do not need to align with society’s definition of what should make someone happy.

For me, for example, spending a Sunday morning together with my beautiful wife in a little café, reading books and enjoying a hot tea, is complete bliss.

I cannot be happier than that especially if whilst reading I can feel her close to me. I don’t need anything else. And that costs very little money. Two books may cost 20-30 dollars max., two hot cups of tea might cost 10 dollars, and that’s it.

And, obviously, it’s a very, very specific thing that I love, and everyone has whatever they love. In conclusion, I believe that having a successful life means attaining complete wealth.

And we will talk about wealth many, many times from now on. If you would like to read more about how success shapes your life you can do it here or here. Thank you. Bye.

How To Achieve Success In Business

As business owner and manager of businesses, there is never one sole KPI or key performance indicator that I focus on to measure success. There are always multiple things that are important within a business. However, what would be most important for me as a definition of the success of my businesses are the following:

First, the business adds value to its clients. Measurable value. This is a non-negotiable every single time. These are always the very first questions that I ask myself when buying, joining, or starting a business: What is the value that this brings to humanity? What is the value that this brings to the clients of this business – the current, or future ones. This is how I measure success.

Then, after that, another measure of success, equally important, is how happy and excited are the people that are working within the business. How much growth is experienced by them.

Every single employee or contractor has to feel that they are adding value, that they are contributing. They have to feel that they are doing what they want to do and what they are good at and that they are growing. They have to feel that they are constantly evolving, evolving, evolving. That they are becoming better and better professionals and better and better people. Every single person in the company should be growing along with the company.

The third non-negotiable one is that we should always conduct business in a profitable manner. No matter how we cut it, money is the lifeblood of a business. You will not be able to provide services, to hire people, to pay their salaries. Also, you will not be able to create quality products or to buy quality materials.

You will not be able to do anything if you don’t have the capital to do so. And the best form of capital is the one from your clients. Every single dollar spent by a client on your services is a vote.

People vote with their money. The same way they donate for a cause. The same way they buy a product from one company instead of another. They vote. Every one of us votes when we buy something. When we buy a burger that contains meat from up to 6000 cows that have tortured their entire lives. We are voting for that torture and that industry to keep growing.

At the same time, when we use our money to buy broccoli or spinach or asparagus or anything else for that matter. Then that is what the economy will follow because that is our vote.

So, moving on from this parenthesis, every single business needs to make money in the most profitable way it can. Then it should reinvest that capital in further growth and further value that it can add. This can be done by creating new products, or by improving its current products. It can also be done by helping more people with the products that the company has. Or by paying its members better, or by attracting better staff, etcetera.

These are my three biggest metrics of success within a business: creating value to society and our clients, creating value basically for everyone working within the business, and then conducting business in a profitable manner. We can add being ethical, but I do believe it is included in these first three.

So if any of my businesses or any business in the world does these three things correctly, then I believe they are successful businesses. It does not matter whether they are making a hundred thousand dollars a year or a hundred million dollars a year, as long as they do these three things, they are successful business.

The earnings depend on the ambitions of business owners very much and that’s perfectly fine. Everyone can do whatever they want. As long as we are happy, as owners of the business, and we are running ethical businesses, we should all feel a sense of accomplishment and happiness. This feeling comes with rendering useful services and providing meaningful jobs to people.

To conclude, I would like to add that it’s not so important to measure success, as it is to live with wealth. When there is wealth in your life, you will know it and you will not need to measure it in any way. You can define wealth as success, but I do believe it is much more than that. However we all define concepts in a different manner, and you can obviously do the same.

Wealth At Work

Wealth at work means you get a sense of accomplishment and happiness at work, every single week.  Every week you feel you’re adding value. You feel that the things you do make you happy and add energy to your life. They get you excited and make you want to talk about them with others.

Someone that, let’s say, works in management gets excited about the possibility of helping their team work at their full potential. He enjoys shielding them from issues, supporting them when they have bottlenecks, and helping them create careers for themselves.

Someone that is a programmer gets satisfaction from solving puzzles and fixing issues within systems. It doesn’t matter if it is online or on the server or however they prefer. Everyone loves different things.

If you’re a marketing person you will want to reach more and more people you can be of service to. You will want to show them how their lives could be better by using your products or services, but having that driven by ethics. I do not believe that you can be truly, truly happy if you are selling something that you do not believe will help others, for example. Or selling to someone that you don’t really believe that they will benefit from.

So, with marketing, you can get a sense of satisfaction when you reach people and they love the idea of your product. Then they buy it, and after that they leave you a review. They thank you for telling them about your product, because they didn’t know about it before.

So just like that, in every single career, no exception, you can find meaning, you can find purpose. You can add value to society, you can add value to your colleagues. You can basically become a productive and valuable member of the human race as a whole. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you’re adding true value to your family, and to everyone around. It doesn’t matter as long as that makes you happy and you do it in a loving way.

This doesn’t mean it’s easy. Sometimes it can be very, very difficult, especially when we have big goals and we want to achieve a grand vision. But that can also excite us because it’s one thing to say “Oh, let’s help ten people this year” and it’s a totally different thing to say “Let’s help a million people this year.” That one million people goal gets you much more excited and gets and you find much more creative solutions toward.

A programmer can say “let me do one feature this week” or “let me try to become better than I ever was and try to find solutions to build three features this week”. But all these, of course, within the limits of health and wealth.

The more audacious your goals, the more exciting your vision, the more excitement you will also attribute to your work. The only thing we need to remember about setting audacious goals is that we might not meet them. But that doesn’t mean we cannot be excited by them and enjoy the process.

We can live to our full potential and we can enjoy every single hour of our work if we remember that we can contribute to others by doing our work. Our contribution matters. Every single human being matters, and what we do influences the world.

Wealth: How To Measure A Successful Life

What is success? How do we measure it? I believe true success is measured by how much wealth we have in our life. By adding value in ways that make you happy – whether that’s writing articles, educating others in schools or online, healing people in hospitals, clinics, or through therapy, inventing things that can take humanity forward, or building places where people can work, live, and enjoy their lives.

Don’t think of success as if it was something you had to achieve. Success isn’t a place you need arrive at. Nor is it an emotion you need to start feeling. Success doesn’t need to be achieved. Words sometimes seem so frightening, we forget to look at what lies behind them.

We shouldn’t allow ourselves to start having anxiety and fear that we won’t succeed. Every single event in our life, every single moment adds to what we are. It makes us grow, it makes us become better human beings. As long as we learn from what happens to us, we succeed. Success is having wealth in your life.

Whatever it is that you want to do to add value – as long as you’re happy doing it and you can do it in a way that does not take away from you, but which gets you more and more excited every time you do it. It gets you thinking of what else you could do to improve and get better.  Whatever it is, as long as you truly care about your work and you can’t imagine your life without it.

Maybe some days the feeling is not as intense, because we all have bad days, of course, but if you can keep adding value to society and do it in your own way, I think that is a big part of wealth and one of the best measures of a successful life.

What Is Wealth? Is Wealth Part Of Your Life?

I believe that true wealth is a state of complete abundance and openness towards reality. When we are wealthy we, as conscious human beings, take full responsibility for every single part of our lives.

This includes the way we treat our bodies, what we put in them, what information we consume. We analyse everything and we make sure it adds value to our health and it does not diminish it in any way.

We also take responsibility for everything we say and do. If you see a person that is talking down to someone, making the other person feel bad, you can be sure the person talking down is not experiencing wealth at its fullest.

A person that is experiencing wealth is at peace. They are loving, they are tranquil. That does not mean things cannot go bad in their lives. Like, for example, an accident or something happening in their family or in their careers or in their business or in the economy or with the government.

Things can happen all the time. But a person that is wealthy – truly, truly wealthy – knows that they are in control of everything they think, say, and do. They know that they have the power to change anything about themselves or their circumstance at any point in time.

So we define true wealth as a complete abundance of wisdom, health, finances, love, and everything else that is important in one’s life. This should include adding value to society in a way that makes you happy.

Wealth is sometimes misplaced with financial abundance or prosperity. This gives wealth a narrow significance, which it shouldn’t, as wealth has to do with much more than that.

Wealth represents that thing you don’t know you wish, but you do nevertheless. It is the place where your heart and soul and your mind feel at peace. I am so grateful for everything that was given to me, adding more wealth to my life.
